NADIA
Nadia is a yoga teacher, sound healer and photographer from Spain. Her path into personal growth began through holistic health, naturally unfolding into the study of yoga philosophy and embodied practice. Along the way, she found deep resonance in the heart-centered path of Bhakti yoga, which continues to shape both her teaching and her way of being.
Nadia has completed over 1,200 hours of training across a wide range of styles, including Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Jivamukti and Yin. Her studies span both Eastern and Western traditions.
In her classes, Nadia offers an inclusive and thoughtfully held environment where students are invited to explore their practice with depth, curiosity, and presence.
Blending movement, breath, philosophy, mantra, and sound, her teaching opens space for connection, balance, and an experience of yoga that extends far beyond the physical postures.

Meet Your Teachers
MARTINA
Martina is a specialized ER nurse with over ten years of emergency care experience and several years teaching basic life support and trauma. She directs an international trauma course for nurses in Switzerland and has led training programs for adults and pediatric staff for many years. Those roles have strengthened her teaching, communication, and organizational skills.
She has completed over 700 hours of yoga teacher training and worked in different countries, which helps her offer calm, clear, and adaptable classes. This foundation guided her toward holistic practices, where she now shines as a yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator. Her path into holistic living began through the integration of body, breath, and mindfulness, unfolding into the study of multiple yoga lineages, from the discipline of Ashtanga to the softness of Yin and the fluidity of Vinyasa, deepened by dedicated pranayama practice. Along the way, she found deep resonance in the transformative power of breath and somatic practices, which continue to shape both her teaching and her way of living.
Passionate about sharing these gifts, Martina organizes numerous workshops and events around the world.
In this YTT, you'll have the opportunity to explore diverse practices with her, always rooted in safety, anatomical precision, and embodied awareness. She combines her clinical background with her multiple yoga training to explain complex topics in simple language focusing on functional anatomy, injury prevention and a safe learning environment, so future yoga teachers can understand the body in a practical way and teach with more confidence and explore.
Her unique blend of clinical precision and yogic wisdom allows her to honor ancient traditions while empowering authentic, modern teaching that resonates in today's world.
